Marinated chicken grilled with pineapple and rice

Pineapple juice1 cu
Brown sugar0.5 cu
Chicken stock0.25 cu
Soy sauce0.5 cu
Garlic-chili sauce1 tbsp
Chicken, drumsticks2 lb
Pineapple8 oz
Ginger1 tbsp
Garlic4 clvs
Green onions0.5 cu
Lime juice1 tbsp


  1. Marinate chicken with pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, chicken stock, ginger, chili sauce, garlic for at least one hour
  2. Save half a cup of the marinate to baste the chicken with
  3. Grill chicken on high while continually basting with sauce
  4. Grill pineapple to charred
  5. Garnish with green onions and lime, season with salt and pepper to taste
  6. Enjoy!
