Chicken stock | 0.25 cu |
Soy sauce | 0.5 cu |
Garlic-chili sauce | 1 tbsp |
Chicken, drumsticks | 2 lb |
Pineapple | 8 oz |
Ginger | 1 tbsp |
Garlic | 4 clvs |
Green onions | 0.5 cu |
Lime juice | 1 tbsp |
Directions
- Marinate chicken with pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, chicken stock, ginger, chili sauce, garlic for at least one hour
- Save half a cup of the marinate to baste the chicken with
- Grill chicken on high while continually basting with sauce
- Grill pineapple to charred
- Garnish with green onions and lime, season with salt and pepper to taste
