Tuna Tartare with Avocado

Olive oil4 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tsp
Tabasco sauce0.5 tsp
Sushi grade tuna12 oz
Lime juice3 tbsp
Green onions0.25 cu
Avocado4 oz
Serrano pepper1 oz
Wasabi powder0.5 tsp
Kosher salt1.25 tsp
Black pepper0.25 tsp
Sesame seeds1 tsp


1. Cut the tuna into 1/4-inch dice and place it in a medium bowl

  1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, wasabi, soy sauce, Tabasco, salt, and pepper
  2. Pour over the tuna, add the green onions and Serrano pepper and mix well
  3. Dice avocado and carefully mix the avocado into the tuna
  4. Add toasted sesame seeds
  5. Allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour for the flavors to blend
  6. Enjoy!
