Tuna Tartare with Avocado

| Sushi grade tuna | 12 oz |
| Lime juice | 3 tbsp |
| Green onions | 0.25 cu |
| Avocado | 4 oz |
| Serrano pepper | 1 oz |
| Wasabi powder | 0.5 tsp |
| Kosher salt | 1.25 tsp |
| Black pepper | 0.25 tsp |
| Sesame seeds | 1 tsp |
Directions
1. Cut the tuna into 1/4-inch dice and place it in a medium bowl
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, wasabi, soy sauce, Tabasco, salt, and pepper
- Pour over the tuna, add the green onions and Serrano pepper and mix well
- Dice avocado and carefully mix the avocado into the tuna
- Add toasted sesame seeds
- Allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour for the flavors to blend
