Panko Shrimp with Garlic Aioli

| Shrimp | 1 lb |
| Lemon juice | 1 tbsp |

| Kosher salt | 1 tsp |
| Black pepper | 1 tsp |
| Paprika | 1 tsp |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 tsp |
| Garlic powder | 0.5 tsp |
Directions
- Peel and de-vein shrimp
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Combine paprika, flour, and cayenne in a separate bowl
- Beat eggs in a small bowl
- Pour panko in a small bowl
- Heat oil in frying pan
- Flour shrimp, then coat in egg mixture and panko using the “wet hand - dry hand” technique
- Fry shrimp until golden brown (approximately five minutes, two and a half minutes per side)
- Blend aioli ingredients
- Sprinkle shrimp with cayenne and serve with aioli
