Nick's Kansas City Style Ribs
Ribs with a Kansas City style dry rub

Ingredients

| BBQ sauce | 8 tbsp |
| Pork spare ribs | 3 lb |
| Black pepper | 1 tsp |
| Kosher salt | 3 tbsp |
| Paprika | 2 tbsp |
| Cumin | 1.5 tbsp |
| Oregano | 1 tbsp |
| Onion powder | 2 tsp |
| Garlic powder | 1 tsp |
| Allspice | 0.5 tsp |
| Cinnamon | 0.5 tsp |
Directions
- Combine spices to form dry rub
- Trim ribs and season on all sides with dry rub
- Wrap ribs in tin-foil twice and place on cooking rack
- Pre-heat oven to 275F
- Bake ribs for a little under three hours or until pork is tender
- Remove ribs from tin foil (save juices) and finish on grill for 30 minutes (15 minutes a side or until charred)
- Warm BBQ sauce in pan and add half a cup of the pork drippings
- Serve ribs with BBQ sauce and cold beer
